All products/content/services that are provided free from us are provided as is with out warranty and support of any kind.

You agree that you are using any "Beta" products from us totally on your own risk and we are in no way can be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to your usage of the product. For any Beta products you can send your bug reports to support@patterngraphic.com

For any software/product purchased from our site we provide a limited email support service is provided for a period of 5 business days from the date of purchase of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. There may be 5 working days of time-lag to response to any technical questions sent to support@patterngraphic.com along with the details of the purchase (e.g. transaction id, product code, product purchase date and regitered email and license id) to the technical team. The technical support is limited to email answers for usage of the component and features details. The support does not entertain any addition of new feature request or any other type of service that is required to make the SOFTWARE PRODUCT operational.

We recommend that you should download the trial for any product you wish to buy, so that you can verify all the available features/limitations of it, before you purchase a license. Note we do not offer any kind of support service for trial downloads.
